 2.Application of neoprene cement shoe glue

 The neoprene cement shoe glue is suitable for shoes wrapping, heel covering, bonding lining regid paper and leather etc. It is mainly used in shoes and bags factories, suitable for different type of shoes, including brake shoes.

3.Neoprene cement's characteristic 
1) Good heat&age resistance
2) Very strong initial strength
3) Not easy to form fine thread
4) Moderate tack retention, easy to operate

4. Production Line of Footwear

 Rough leather (polish raw shoes’ material, such as leather, rubber, TPR….etc)

      ↓

Brush primer on both sides of shoes’ material (different shoes’ material, chose different primer)

      ↓

Put into the oven, set the temperature at 50~60°C

      ↓

Add some hardener into the glue to get a better aging & heat resistant and water-proof performance. Note that the volume of hardener added is about 3~5% of the glue.

      ↓

Brush first glue on both sides of shoes’ material

      ↓

Put into the oven, set the temperature at 60~65°C

      ↓

Brush second glue on both sides of shoes’ material

      ↓

Put into the oven, set the temperature at 65~75°C

      ↓

   Stick

      ↓

Add pressure, note that press up the shoe within 3 minutes right after sticking-step.

      ↓

Check the quality of the shoes after 25 hours

 5. Packing: 

Net 3kg/tin and 4896 tins per 1*20'FCL

Net 15kg/tin and 1242 tins per 1*20'FCL
