Membrane bioreactor (MBR) is the combination of a membrane process like microfiltration or ultrafiltration with a biological wastewater treatment process, the activated sludge process. It is now widely used for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment.

It can treat 10-300 m3/day of sewage (due to 30 - 1500 persons) in a 40" container size. Utilizing more AKTIFPAK^®  modules, it is possible to increase the capacity.

What are the guarantees of AKTIFPAK^® STP?

Process guarantee is unlimited. Effluent water quality meets the European Standards. Guarantee of mechanical equipments and maintenance service is valid for 2 years. Providing guarantee for spare parts of mechanical equipment is at least 5 years.

What are the models of AKTIFPAK^® STP?

AKTIFPAK^®  models are directly related to the capacity. AKTIFPAK^(R) 100 is called as a package treatment system which serves to a population of 100 persons. The models vary according to selected biological process. 

What time is AKTIFPAK^® STP ready to serve?

Construction of AKTIFPAK^® is 15 days, erection and commissioning is finished within 1 week.
