1.Q:What is your MOQ ?
A:Usually our MOQ is 500pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.

2.Q:Can I get samples?
A:Sure. We usually provide existing sample for checking quality. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.

3.Q:How long is the sample lead time?
A:For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc. Anyway, we will response fast to your request

4.Q:How long is the production lead time?
A:It takes 15 to 25 working days for 10000pcs. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

5.Q:What's your procedure of order ?
A: After order confirmed , we make the sample , and then take clear sample photos with different anglers for your approval ; After sample approval , we start the mass production .If you need real sample we will send.

6:Q:What kinds of material do you have ?
A:We can source all kind of materials as your request but price will differ based on material.Hope you understand.

7.Q:How many colors are available?
A:All color as your request.

8.Q:What's your package ? can you package my requirement ?

A:We package 1 pcs per 1 polybag , 100 pcs per carton box or
As per buyer's requirments.

9.Q:What's your payment terms?
A: L/C for large quantity.

A: 50% advance and rest 50% before dispatch for new customers.

10.Q:If we place a big quantity , Is there the price will be lower ?
A:Yes , the more quantity , the more cheaper .

11.Q:Which shipping terms you use ?
A:We mostly use DHL for our MOQ to ship , door to door service.
