Our company has unified "developing" . "producing" , and branding" altogether intothe world of Automotive Electronics. We professionalized in all types ot automotive/motorbikewire harness components such as terminal, connector, fuse box, fuses, and siliil/rubrsealing items. We have 15+ years of automotive electrical component experiences, and havingour own on-site RD (Research Development) and MD (Mould Development). In our MD, wehave WEDM- MS and WEDM-HS, as well as milling machines. In our production, we havepressing, injection, and vulcanization production. Not to mention. in our pressing shop, wehave the state- -of-the- -art laser welding machine, and also high speed pressing machine. Wealso import the German CCD inspection machine to ensure every stamping step will meet itsdesignated sizing. In our injection area, our fully automatic machine is equipped with automaticrobotic arms, and CCD anti mould-collision device, all is to ensure smoothing production.Also in our silicone/rubber vulcanization site,we are equipped with 3RT vaccumed vulcanizationmachine with material flattener and automatic clipper to ensure quality and efficiency of ourproduction.
