Agriment Italia:
- introduce cellars, products and services to importers from all over the world;
- constitute a point of aggregation and representation to: the trade, the institutions, the consumer market and the main players involved, optimize the costs by sharing the investments among different cellars in order to make the involvement at the international events more profitable;
- follow the contacts with importers and distributors, helping them into the market development, adapting the offer, the packaging and the communication in relation to the distribution channels and the customers demand.

The Producer

Cantina di Carpi Winery

The Cellar of Carpi and Sorbara is a Cooperative with 1,200 producer members that has a production capacity of about 450,000 hectoliters of wine per year.
The wine production is focused on the Lambrusco wines: Sorbara, Salamino, Maestri, Marani, Viadanese and on the Pignoletto. La Cantina has made constant efforts to adapt production, directing its attention towards a high quality wine segment, aimed at a demanding and competent customers. The result, today, is that their wines, thanks to modern production methods, are particularly taken care of for their organoleptic characteristics. Lambrusco, today, for the greater simplicity and lightness of the meals, is considered for its simple and disarming authenticity and freshness suitable for all food preparations.

Vinification

Lambrusco di Sorbara DOP - "Omaggio a Gino Friedmann" making process

Rose vinification and racking live; cleaning of the must and fermentation at controlled temperature with selected yeast. Second long fermentation for froth in tank.
