Q: Can you make my own brand and design? Is there any extra charge?

A: Yes, OEM and ODM is available. We can make customers' own brands and design without any extra charge. You can send us the designs you have created in CDR or AI or PDF format. Or tell us your idea, then our designer will figure it out.

 

Q: What's the MOQ (minimum order quantity)?

A: Our own Joysome brand and package has no MOQ;
    Private brand and design is 10000pcs for each item.

  
Q: Is it possible to get free samples? How can we get it?

A: Yes, samples are free within 5pcs. But new customers need to pay for the courier cost. We will surely deduct the cost from the amount when customers place orders. It's better to send us the cost by Paypal. It's safe, fast, and has small extra handling charge. After receiving the cost, samples will be sent out immediately by TNT, DHL or EMS. It will take about 5-7 days to reach you.


Q: How many days for production?

A: It will take about 35 days for one 20ft container for the first order , and 25 days for reorder.

 
Q: What's your payment term?

A: Payment term is as below:

1. T/T, 30% deposit, balance before shipment or against B/L copy.

2. T/T, 30% deposit, 70% by L/C at sight.
