Currently we have an average capacity of 1200 tons per month with a synchronous and modern production equipment system of reputable machine brand names in the world - mainly from Korea, a famous country in the field of PE tarpaulin manuacturing industry. There are approximately 10 extruders, 102 water looms, 2 coating machines, 4 processing lines, 35 punching machines, 5 pressing machines and 2 rolling machines.

Our Extruder System make yarns from 460 to 1200 denier and our water jet looms can weave the fabric of width from 150 cm to 210 cm that can help to fulfill all the needs from customers.

Our laminating machine can do both one-side lamination and both side lamination and make the colors in same time . After the lamination process, depending on the requirements of the customer, the fabric will be made into finished sheets of various sizes in the processing factory or make into roll by rolling factory.

Our PE tarpaulin are designed and developed in tightly accordance with customer’s requirements with latest market trends. Therefore, our product range is available in different standards as well as customized shapes, sizes and specifications and made of high quality raw materials imported from Korea. The production process is monitored and quality controled at every stage to make sure the availability of best products to customers.

 It usually takes 30 - 45 days.

 Yes, color, size, logo printing, package, etc, these all can be customized for certain quantity.
