Notes about drawing services
Usually customers need to provide us with a sketch, or schematic diagram, if there is a sample can be sent to us that is better, and then tell us the details of requirements, our engineers can design drawings for you, we can provide 2D and 3D drawings, such as .stp/.dwg/.stl/.pdf/.step…
After we have determined the project and price, we usually charge 50% of the order amount as a deposit, and then we will arrange engineers and salespersons to serve you. Of course, we recommend that you can use online communication methods. (Our engineers can communicate normally in English), this more direct communication method can obviously greatly improve work efficiency.
After completing the preliminary design, we will send some photos to the customer for reference and confirmation. If there are some errors, the customer can propose us to modify it until it is completed. Then the customer pays the remaining money, and we will send the drawing to the customer.
Project display
Please note that we keep the drawings of our customers completely confidential. Some of the projects displayed on our website are projects developed by our company or examples from the Internet. We will not display drawings or documents on the Internet or others without the customer ’s consent.
This is a racing steering wheel customized by one of our customers. The customer only has one picture and the dimensions of some parts. After serious communication with our engineers, we have completed this work and the customer is very happy，then the customer uses our 3D printing to make this work perfectly become a reality

A: There is no standard price, according to the information provided by the customer, our engineers will analyze and give a quotation
Q: I am not good at drawing sketches, only pictures and some sizes, can you draw 3D designs
A: Usually it ’s okay, but more communication is needed for details
Q: I need to modify the design, do I need to pay extra?
A: If you just modify some parameters, or simple changes are free, if you need to redesign, then some fees will be charged according to the actual situation.
