A: Of course, when placing an order, please specify color and quantity, if not, we will deliver on

average.

A: Sample are available on the condition that the freight paid ,and  if your first order is                           over $300, the sample fee will be deducted in the order

client's request including the B.C (8.5mm-8.7mm), diameter (14.0mm- 15.0mm),                                  

water  content (38%-42%), power (-0.00~-8.00), packing (vial or blister), etc

Q: Shipping cost and expected delivery time
A: To ensure faster and smooth delivery, we ship orders out by DHL.
Upon receipt of an order, we process the order as specified and ship he order out within 
48 hours. Normally it takes 5 business days to be delivered.
For OEM, leadtime for a sample order is 10 days, for a big order, it is 1 month.

Q: What if something wrong with product when receiving.

A: Please first send us product photo, after evaluation, we will resend the  product you placed, and you don’t  need to pay any money including product cost and shipping cost.  

Q: Can I sleep with Freshgo lenses?

A: No, since our eyes also need to breathe we don’t think it is good to sleep with any kind of contact lenses. Please take out your Lensgoo lenses before sleeping.
