| Q1. Can you manufacture genuine leather bags, wallets and purses as per my ideas or design requirements? |
| A1. Yes, we can produce genuine leather bags, wallets, purses, waiters purses and other accessories as per your ideas and as per your requirements of shape, size, leather, colours, emboss, embroidery and more. |
| Q2. Can Batva Exports customize any of the designs they have on their website? Can the same design be embossed with my logo? |
| A2. Yes, all Designs can be custom-made as per your requirement. |
| Q3. Can I get samples, is it charged? |
| A3. We are honored to offer you samples. It is charged, but we will refund you the sample cost we receive an order as per our MOQ. |
| Q4. What about Minimum Order Quantities? |
A4. Your order can range from just 100 pieces to 10000 pieces; Price will be in proportion to the quantity. The higher the quantity, the lesser will be its cost.
In case you require a completely new shade of leather we would require a min order quantity of at least 500 pieces. Your order can be in multiple designs, but the total count of all designs should be +/- 500 pieces. |
| Q5. What about the production time? |
A5. Production time depends on quantity and design.
All our products are made on orders. For smaller quantities up to 100 pieces, we require 2 weeks. For a quantity of 500 pieces of leather wallets, we require 3 to 5 weeks. In case you require any special shade of leather. It can take 10 to 14 days more. A few special designs can take more depending on the difficulty and your quality requirements. |
| Q6. What is the normal packing for bags, wallets and purses? What if, I want a different way of packing and I require barcoding? Can you pack as per my requirements? |

Individual Box packing (at an extra cost): We can also pack each piece in a paper box/ luxury box. All pieces can be labeled/ bar-coded as per your specifications. |
| Q7. I want to have my goods inspected, before shipment. |
| A7. Surely, you can have your ordered goods inspected. We have our dedicated team to inspect the goods. But you can have the same inspected by any third party at your cost. |
| Q8. How are the working conditions at Batva Exports? |
| A8. We work in humidity and dust-controlled environment. Our manufactured products remain fresh as new even if the packed carton is opened after 6 months from the packing date. |
| Q9. I do not want Children to produce my goods. I will not buy products made by Children. |
A9. All our products are produced by adults only. We do not hire Children for work. Thus, NO CHILD LABOUR and NO FORCED LABOUR. |
| Q10. What about payments? |
| A10. 50% deposit before production, 50% balance before shipment, for bulk quantities we accept payment via TT direct to our company bank account only. For smaller quantities and payments under USD 200, we can accept via PayPal. |
