Q3 What is meant by Product Quality?? What is the difference between Cheap, Medium & Best Quality??

A3 We offer 3 types of product quality.. Cheap, Medium & Best.. That means.. the overall quality of inner materials and workmanship can also be produced as per your requirements. It is explained as below.

Cheap : Leather Product made using Cheaper quality of inner materials + workmanship. The quality of inner materials like fabric, fittings and workmanship will be of Cheaper Quality. Suitable only when you require a cheaper price.

Medium : Leather Product made using Medium quality of inner materials + workmanship. The quality of inner materials like fabric, fittings and workmanship will be of Medium Quality. Therefore a slightly higher cost in comparation to cheaper quality products.

Best : Leather Product made using the Best quality of inner materials + workmanship. The quality of inner materials like fabric, fittings and workmanship will be of Fine Quality. Higher in price.. But uncompromised quality of materials and workmanship.

Q : How do you guarantee the quality ?

A : Before the production , we would make pre-production to confirm with customers . During the production , we have professional QC to inspect the products while manufacturing . And we also warmly welcome customer's QC to inspect the goods before shipment .


Q5 Can Batva Exports customize any of the designs they have on their website?? Can the same design be embossed with my logo.

A5 Yes. All Designs can be custom made. As per your ideas. In case you require an emboss. An embossing dice is required. Dice making charge would be extra. Details of costs are mentioned below.


Q6 What if I require designs be embossed with my logo in multiple places??

A6 Yes. It can be embossed with your logo in single or multiple places.


Q7 What about the cost of embossing dice making in case I require bags printed as per my requirements

A7 Embossing Dice making costs begins from USD 15.00 and can go up.. depending on the size and difficulty. The embossing dice would remain to be your property and would be sent to you by courier upon your request.


Q8 In which file format would you require embossing files??

A8 For easy dice making.. we would prefer to receive files in .psd format (Photoshop) OR .pdf format.. preferably at 300 pixel resolution.

Q9 Will there be an extra cost towards embossing??

A9 No Extra Cost


Q : Can I get samples , is it charged ?

A : We are honored to offer you samples . It is charged , but we will refund you sample cost after you confirm the order and deduct this cost from the order amount directly .


Q11 What if.. I want to get a special color of leather developed??

A11 Yes. We can match the shades to the closest possible as per your Pantone Uncoated color requirements.


Q12 What about Min Order Quantities??

A12 Your order can range from just 100 piece to 10000 pieces.. price will be in proportion to the quantity.. The higher the quantity.. the lesser will be its cost.

In case you require a completely new shade of leather we would require a min order quantity of at least 500 pieces.. Your order can be in multiple designs.. but the total count of all designs should be +/- 500 pieces.


Q13 Will the average quality of the bulk be the same as the samples??

A13 Indeed the price that we charge and the price you pay is for the same quality as the samples.. but we do have the right to use improved quality of materials which are superior in quality.. (but we will let you know and take your permission)


Q14 What about Production time??

A14 Production time depends on quantity and design..

All our products are made on orders.. For smaller quantities upto 100 pieces we require 2 weeks. For a quantity of 500 pieces leather wallets in any basic leather color (black or brown).. goods can be ready for shipment in 3 to 5 weeks. In case you require any special shade of leather.. It can take 10 to 14 days more. A few special designs can take more depending on the difficulty and your quality requirements.


Q15 What is the normal packing for bags, wallets and purses?? What if, I want a different way of packing and I require bar coding?? Can you pack as per my requirements?

A15 Normal way of packing for leather bags is :-

Each bag (stuffed with paper) goes into a polybag; 10 pcs per per master carton ; Carton size: 60x 40x 50 cms Customized packing details acceptable.

Normal Packing for leather wallets/ purses is :-

Each piece in a re-sealable polybag, 10 piece in an inner box, 10 inner boxes per master carton (Or 100 pieces per carton)

Individual Box Packing (at an extra cost) : We can also pack each piece in a paper box/ luxury box. All pieces can be labeled/ bar-coded as per your specifications.


Q16 What if.. I require special colors for low orders? Say 100 or 200 or 500 pieces??

A16 Yes, we can offer you available color options.. and you can choose from the available shade.

Q17 I want to have my goods inspected.. Before shipment.

A17 Surely, you can have your ordered goods inspected.. we have our dedicated team to inspect the goods.. but you can have the same inspected by any third party at your cost.


Q18 Can you provide Form A OR Certificate of Origin to help us save import tax??

A18 Yes.. we can provide GSP Form-A (Certificate of Origin) to help you save import tax.


Q19 How are the working conditions at Batva Exports ??

A19 We work in a humidity and dust controlled environment.. our manufactured products remains fresh as new even if the packed carton is opened after 1 Year from packing date.


Q20 I do not want Children to produce my goods. I will not buy products made by Children.

A20 All our products are produced by adults only. We do not hire Children for work.. Thus.. NO CHILD LABOUR and NO FORCED LABOUR..


Q21 What about payments??

A21 50% deposit before production , 50% balance before shipment , For bulk quantities we accept payment via TT direct to our company bank account only.. For smaller quantities and payments under USD 200 we can accept via PayPal.
