2. Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, Minimum order quantity = 500gram Total, you can select one or more than one hair type.

Yes, depends on hair type and quantity ordered.
4. Where is the product shipped from? What is the cost of shipping?
Products mostly shipped from Vietnam, the price mentioned in website is FOB price (Incoterm 2010)
You can:
a. Come to Factory to take the hair in Vietnam
b. Come to showroom in Bangkok (Address: Building BKS, Soi 23 Ramkhangheang street, Bangkok, Thailand) please inform 1 week before the day you take the hair as we transport hair to Bangkok weekly
Shipping:
a. Sample order or small order: Ship via DHL, UPS, EMS, FedEx, customers could suggest or choose carriers and all shipping expense will be directly care and informed by carriers to both parties transparently
b. Big order: We can use air cargo to save your expense, will be discussed in detail depends on various countries customs and habit.
5. Shipping time?
a. Express: 3-4 working days
b. Cargo: 5-7 working days
6. How to make payment?

b. Cash to our dropper in Bangkok, Berlin or other locations depends on your country

7. Can I return hair?
Yes - if the quality of the hair is not as both sides discussion or you found some abnormal things with the hair, please inform us immediately with clear photo/video of the unboxing the hair package
8. How many days it will take for my order?
a. Sample order: 2 hours for raw hair and process hair (complicated order not in the portfolio might take 1 to few days, which will be discussed in detail)
b. Main order: Processing speed: 50kg/days for raw hair, 30kg/day for processed hair
