Packing Machine Description
Foshan vertical packing machine snack dried fruit salt rice sugar packing machine for granule food packaging automatic
The vertical form fill seal machine know as a VFFS,is a common bagging machind used to pack goods into bags as part of a production line.It could packing the materials likes powder(milk powder,wheat flour,baby powder,color powder...),granule(snacks,little spare parts,seeds,wood chips for BBQ...) or liquid(pure water,paste,sauce...)
Working principle:
Film transport and Unwind → Film TensionBag → Film Tracking and Positioning → Bag forming → Bag Filling and Sealing → Bag Discharge
Remark:The forming tube’s design sets the width of the bag, with the length ultimately controlled by the bagging machine itself.To produce different bag width, an operator need to change a new forming tube.

Film transport and Unwind → Film TensionBag → Film Tracking and Positioning → Bag forming → Bag Filling and Sealing → Bag Discharge

Linear Weigher for Granule Products (optional)
The linear weigher is most suitable for the granule smaller than a peanut.The packing weight and speed depends on the quality of linear.It's an independent devices, which are normally mounted to the packaging machines and work together with them.
Multi-head weigher (optional)
Multi-head weigher is much suitable for granule bigger than peanut and the packing weigh lower than 5kg.When setting the parameter,each head will calculate the weight by itself.The main function of this dosing device is the separating of the product into predefined doses, which are set by the machine operator. The ready doses are then fed to the premade/doypack packaging machines.
Z Type Conveyor
The Z-Type conveyor is an independent machine, which is an important part of every packaging installation. The main function is related to the transportation of product towards the intake bunker of the dosing device and the maintenance of a fixed level of the product.
Take-away Conveyor (optional)
The take away conveyor is for deliver the finished packing products out of the packing machine
