The trailer-dumper SAV is developed for especially heavy operating conditions and solves the problem of transporting a large volume of cargo. The trailer is equipped with a reinforced chassis. The body structure is designed to prevent freezing of cargo. Hydraulic equipment is reinforced and allows operation of dump trucks at low temperature.
Trailer equipment:
• ridge drawbar 3000 mm long with reinforced coupling loop 57.5 mm in diameter;
• the possibility of realization of the lifting axis;
• ease of maintenance and absence of friction units in the suspension structure;
• front lifting axle;
• hydraulic suspension control unit;
• hydraulic traps (3 sets);
• levers for hydraulic zone control;
• control panels for hydraulic zones;
• the thickness of the bottom and front Board - 10 mm, side boards - 8 mm, rear Board - 6 mm
• the bottom and bottom of the side boards are reinforced with a 12 mm thick sheet of wear-resistant steel.
• Welded seams are welded and processed in such a way that they do not interfere with the unloading of the rock;

Dump trucks produced under the brand SAV, differ in the original reinforced construction. They are adapted to the most difficult conditions and are able to carry a variety of bulk cargo, from light sunflower husks to heavy and large rocks. Dump truck unloading system can be in several versions:
