Usually we recommend sample order via Trade Assurance Order on Alibaba.com to secure your payment & delivery! We have most effective courier express service to deliver your samples within 3-7 days upon receipt of payment via T/T, Credit Card, E-Checking & Paypal. We promise all customers to refund sample fee upon formal order!
Q4. How Long is your lead time for sample & bulk production?
Generally speaking, it depends on your product style and order quantity. For new sample development, it takes about 3-10 days to be finished for delivery! For bulk production, it needs about 15-45 days and accurate delivery date will be confirmed upon formal order.
Q5. How do you control your product quality, is it possible to refund money for any defected goods?
