Characteristics of the Machine.

1.   LD-650V Automatic smt Vision pick and place machine apply with Intelligent feeding system,make the machine connected with the smt conveyors more perfect under Intelligent communication .

Compatible for both With or without smt conveyor

2.  Japanese Panasonic Servo motors +Imported Linear guide Rail +Grind lead screw Structure ensure the feeding system running in steady state with good accuracy .  

3.   X,Y Axis also adopt Panasonic Servo motors with Imported Linear and grind lead screw for high accuracy on components placement with high speed under condition of good stability and low noise .

4. LD-650V equipped with 6 PCS of Juki Nozzle Heads ,up and down moving structure use imported high precision splines with long durable time up to 30 years .And each nozzle with one independent vision cameras for precision placement calibration ,which give evidence for high accuracy place components.

5. Convenient operation with easy-understanding graphical programming ,automatic Mark point scan for pcb position ,position accuracy highly improved .

Of course,First of all,the LD-65OV with 24 feeders stations cover all the kinds of led drivers components type,usually a led drivers components with 14 different types components.

Secondly,the Precision of LD-650V available for all types of smd pcb within 24 different types of smd components.for all kinds of electronic and electric smd pcb . such as battery charges,led drivers ,cooker,fans,mobile display etc .

2. what sizes of pcb that LD-650V can work for ?

It can work for pcb sizes : 50*50mm-(L)500mm*(W)350mm,

It you need Longer sizes, please option Leadsmt other models .Such as LEAD-2208.

3. What is the practical speed for LD-650V Leadsmt pick and place machine ?

To be honest,there is not practical speed for any pick and place machine without known the true situations. For Led Lighting Industries, LD-650V can work for led bulbs with 25000cph without open visual cameras,20000cph with open visual cameras . for DOB(driver on board) Led bulbs smd pcb about 19000cph .for led drivers about 17000cph .You can also send us your pcb with components on it to us, we can confirm you the minimum promised speed.

4. How about the after-sales of this machine ?

First,we will train you how to operate the machine,how to trouble shooting when problems arise.

Have facilities available for you to trail until you finish the job and satisfied with yourself.

Normally ,It will take you 2 days for this steps .

Secondly,we provide 1 year warranty ,within 1 year time,any parts for problem will be provided for free with shipping cost on our duty.If you can not fix well by yourself,we will send our Engineer to your factory to get it work perfectly for you .
