What's Brushless Motor?

As their name implies, Brushless DC Motors controls the speed and torque via a closed loop controller instead of the mechanical brushes and commutator.
A typical brushless motor has permanent magnets which rotate around a fixed armature, eliminating problems associated with connecting current to the moving armature.

The advantages of a Brushless EC Motor over brushed motors are :

1.Electronic control: Brushless motors are synchronous and precise controlled motor.
2.Less friction and heat: The elimination of brushes can reduce friction and run cooler.
3.Low Repair Cost: No need to replace brushes, commutator, and other wearable parts.
4. Longer run time: Electronic controller brushless motor will optimize battery energy use.
5.Higher efficiency: High efficient brushless motor will construct power tools with the best performance, more reliable, and more durability.
6.More compact size: Lower weight and smaller size of brushless motor will realize tools with compact design for comfortable use.
