The machine has a swinging function, and there has a various welding modes can be chosen to achieve the best welding performance. Wavering speed, angle, o-centering position, and left and right stay time can be adjusted. Additionally, all parameters are displayed by digital tube. The machine can be used for straight welding, and wavering function also is able to do wide welding seam. The machine uses a brushless-motor-driven to ensure the machine move steadily and high-quality welding performance.

HK-100KE is made up of body, control case, X-Y slide blocks, blowtorch holder, guide wheel and straight track.

1)Body: It is the driving device, which includes motor, planet reducing box, driving gear and track wheel.

2)Control casing: To control the movement of carriage. Please refer to control panel manual.

3)Cross device: You can use it in the process of straight welding (such as container case) to adjust the position of torch in case of moving track.

4)Welding torch lifting slider: It is a device for adjusting the welding torch location, could do the up and down fine-tuning during welding.

5)Swing device: To execute various welding model.

6)Welding gun holder: It is a device for fixing the welding gun, when using it, should clamp the welding gun, be careful not to clamp the conductive parts, otherwise it will cause a short circuit or electric shock.

7)Ten-core socket: It is a swing controller’s cable connection socket, the connection cable is about 1 meter long, and the other end of cable is the eight-core plug, which is connected to the swinger socket.

8)Hand knob:It is used to move this machine. Please hold it fully.

9)The clutch handle: press the handle, make the gear out, to achieve machine’s fast move.

10)Straight track: It is equipped with permanent magnet to make the track absorb to works to meet different welding needs.

11)Magnet: Strong on-off magnet. If you want to move the track, please turn all magnetron switches “OFF”.

12)Welding gun fine-adjusting device: can accurately guide the welding gun to aim welding position.

13)Cable bracket: You can use it to carry cable to reduce the load of swing machine

14)Blowtorch: User can choose straight blowtorch or bend blowtorch.
