Q3: How is the lead time?

A: For standard product, it usually takes 3-5 days. For OEM/ODM product, it takes about 4-6 weeks depends on the item series.

Q4: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We usually ship by DHL, TNT, FedEx, and takes about 3-5 days by air. Sea shipping is also optional but will take longer.

Q5: If I want to visit you to learn about the lighting system, where should I go?

A: We have two offices in Taipei and Shanghai and both owns full team in service. We also regularly exhibit in various events. Please check our website for updated information.

Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on the products?

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
