A Gasket is a mechanical seal which fills the space between two or more mating surfaces, generally used to prevent fluid or gas leakage from or into the joined objects while under compression to seal high pressure under static conditions. The gasket must be able to maintain a seal under pressure and temperature changes. Important size dimensions to consider when specifying washers include inside diameter, outside diameter, thickness or working height, and rated or working load.

Material And application

We manufacture a large variety of Rubber Gaskets of different shapes & sizes from a variety of rubber grades like VITON, SILICON, EPDM, NBR, NEOPRENE, SBR & NATURAL. The hardness rating on a Shore A scale for Gaskets can be 30 ~ 95 Durometer. Exact specifications should be clarified by our engineers, as chemical and physical properties of Gaskets can differ based on manufacturing technique.

Small quantity packed in polybag. Then it is further packed in hard carton. Carton is wrapped with shrink pad and finally it is
wrapped in tough pp bag.

For Delivery we have logistic partner such as FEDEX, DHL, ARAMEX.
