Hydraulic power unit  are used to provide hydraulic power via oil flow and pressure.
In their most basic form they consist of the following:
1. Prime mover - AC or DC electric motor or a petrol or diesel engine:Single and 3-phase electric motors from 2.2 kW to 15 kW.  
2. Hydraulic pump,Fixed displacement gear or vane pump or constant pump
3. Bellhousing and coupling to join the prime mover and pump
4. Relief valve to protect the pump and circuit
5. Tank and oil :Tanks range from 25 to 200 litres, in alloy or steel.
6.Material: steel or stainless steel.
7.Cylinder bore and strok as client's request.
8.Working pressure: 6.0---300MPA.  

1. This device is an independent and complete hydraulic power unit , compose of piston pump,control valve,oil tank,dynamo and instrument.

2. This device features small volume ,light weight ,simple construction as well as convenient operation and high work pressure.

3. This device can finish the work of lifting, bending, straightening, extruding, cutting, riveting, disassembling and press-fitting.

4. This device can keep the pressure for 5 minutes and make sure the pressure reduction is less than 5 MPa if there is not oil leakage from the external oil channel.
