Pneumatic Lifting Basket Mill
The pneumatic lifting basket grinder integrates dispersion and grinding. It is suitable for wet grinding of medium and low viscosity fluids. It is widely used in small batch production such as institutions, scientific research institutions, colleges and universities. The equipment is equipped with a frequency converter for stepless speed regulation and can run for a long time. Stable operation and low noise. The structure of the grinding basket is reasonably designed to be disassembled and cleaned, and the lifting structure adopts the cylinder as the actuator. It is environmentally friendly and pollution-free. It is an ideal grinding equipment for small batch production.
Product Characteristics
1.High grinding efficiency, good product fineness
The speed of the equipment can reach 3000rpm. The powerful kinetic energy drives the zirconia lever to make the grinding media in the cavity and produce irregular motions. The high-speed collision and friction between the grinding media make the particle size of the material smaller. The grinding fineness is good.
2.Convenient and safe operation
The equipment uses the air cylinder as the lifting actuator and pneumatic control valve to control the grinding device to lifting, on/off, and low air consumption. Simple operation and manual clamping device. The grinding barrel can be quickly fixed to prevent the barrel from shifting during work and without causing any accident. The frame with casters occupies a small space and is easy to move.
3.Small products with stable temperature rise
The batching barrel with double-layer cooling jacket has a good cooling effect when the equipment is running. The normal temperature rise is less than 10℃. The grinding cavity with cooling jacket design can be customized according to the needs.
4.Customization
The grinding cavity can be customized with zirconia material,and the liquid contact material can be customized with SS316L stainless steel.
