With a building of 8,500 square meters and more than 50 workers, the major solid wood processing and spraying equipment are under full computer control, much more efficient than traditional solid wood plants, and is capable of producing 50,000 real wood Y chairs per year, 12,000 Kennedy chairs and 6000 solid wood tables. New manufacturing lines will be built at this facility annually, there will be more cost-effective products offering to you in the future.

We are professional Y chair factory and have special equipment for production of Y chairs.All the bending,shaping and Mortise-Tenon Connection work are finished by these special CNC equipment.We own a number of special CNC machines and one multi-dimension hot bending process line.Any parts of our Y chairs are made of whole woods,without any splicing and broken lines. Hot bending forming process makes sure good stability and impact resistance of the products and can make products more beautiful and durable.In order to forward you the sophisticated chairs,we almost get paranoid about every details of the products.
