Compression Machine
1. Brief introduction of biomass wood briquette machine
Our wood briquette machine belongs to energy reuse equipment, and the raw materials are pressed in a short time after high temperature and high pressure. Therefore, the compacted wood rod can be heated and pollution-free when burned. The finished rod can be round or square, and the diameter can be between 30 and 80 mm. After carbonizing in carbonization furnace, you will get charcoal briquette.
2. Working principle of biomass wood briquette machine
Working principle of wood briquette machine is using screw propeller's high pressure and heating ring's high temperature, compress and extrude loose biomass material into high density and small volume wood briquettes.
Screw Propeller
Screw propeller is made of special metal, it has the features of high temperature resistance, wearproof, and non-defrmation.
Heating Rings
There have several heating rings on the mould in order to provide heat, so that material can be extruded by high temperature.
Mould
Mould shape can be cubic, cylinder, hexagonal.
Mould diameter can be 50-80mm.

5. Production line of biomass wood briquette machine
If your raw material is bamboo, sawdust or rice husk, there are several steps for you to make briquettes:
1). The frist step is crush bamboo, sawdust or rice husk become small size, less than 3mm.
2). The second step is drying crushed bamboo, sawdust or rice husk, in order to reduce the moisture less than 12%.
3). The third step is use biomass briquette machine to make briquettes.
4). The fourth step is carbonizing briquettes becoming charcoal. This step is optional for customer. (If your application of the briquettes is for factory, no need this step.)
