Chemical pipeline acid alkali resistant ss304 flange epdm ptfe lined rubber expansion joint
Rubber soft joints, also known as rubber flexible joints, soft joints, shock absorbers, pipe shock absorbers, shock absorber throats, etc.It is a high Flexible, highly airtight, medium resistant and weatherproof pipe joints.It has the characteristics of vibration reduction, high temperature resistance, flexibility and friction resistance. It is suitable for the connection of pipeline dislocation difference, displacement, size change and vibration parts.
PTFE lined joint is based on the original conventional rubber joint, adding PTFE coating lining inside, which can effectively protect the rubber joint from corrosion and medium erosion. For example, strong acid, strong alkali or high-temperature oil, PTFE coating can effectively adhere to the inner wall of the pipeline, prevent the separation caused by medium erosion or pipeline tensile contraction, so that the original mechanical and physical properties of flexible rubber joint are not affected, and can still compensate for pipeline vibration, absorb pipeline displacement and reduce pipeline noise.

Features of rubber expansion joint:
1). Small volume, light weight, good elasticity, easy installation and maintenance.
2). Transverse, axial and angular displacements may occur during installation, which are not restricted by the pipeline not concentric and the flange not parallel.

Advantage of PTFE lined rubber expansion joint:
The PTFE lined rubber expansion joint has excellent chemical stability and corrosion resistance. It is one of the best corrosion resistant materials today. Except for molten metal sodium and liquid fluorine, it can resist all kinds of chemicals. It can not change when boiling in aqua regia. It is widely used in all kinds of acid-base and organic solvent resistant.
Applications of PTFE lined rubber expansion joint:
It is more common in chemical pipeline, mainly used in strong acid-base, strong high temperature, strong corrosion pipeline equipment, especially in corrosive medium, including: conveying pipe, exhaust pipe, steam pipe of corrosive gas, high-pressure oil pipe of rolling mill, heat exchanger, lining of tower and tank, valve and other chemical equipment.
