QUESTION 1: Can I get samples? Yes, certainly. FREE SAMPLE is available, you just need to pay the shipping fee.
QUESTUON 2: How long is the sample delivery time? Normally, any products displayed in my store is IN STOCK, which means we can send the sample for you within 24 HOURS. As for the shipping time, we usually send samples by express shipping methods, such as FEDEX, UPS, EMS,or DHL. It only costs about 3-7 wording days during the transition. By the way, if you have any carrier account, it would be convenient for both of us.
QUESTION 3: Can I customize my logo or any redesign the products? Yes, sure. We have our own factory, so customization is welcome. You just need to send your custom design details to us and check the price. The we will arrange the design sample and modify details before final delivery.
QUESTION 4: What about the warranty? We are very confident in our products, and we check every single piece and pack them very well, so usually you will receive your order in good condition. But to avoid any subsequent trouble regarding quality issue, we suggest that you check the items once you receive them, and let us know the details if there is any damaged ones, so that we can deal with it accordingly.
