8 pallets Vacuum Cooler for Fresh Vegetables, lettuce, Cauliflowers from ICEUPS factory
The main material of ICEUPS vacuum cooler is national standard square steel. It's has four sides, much stronger than the common steel with three sides of some other suppliers in the market. The vacuum pump we use is Germany Leybold or Busch, The compressor is Bizter. The workmanship and welding is also very important, we have automatic robot welding, our welding are full welding, much better than point welding of some other suppliers in the market. ICEUPS vacuum cooler with high technology, good performance and high quality.
Moreover, we have many patents for our vacuum cooler. One called "Low temperature air return device" After processing the vegetables, the vacuum cooler needs to inhale the outside air into the vacuum box, and the door can only be opened after the air pressure inside and outside is balanced. The air inhaled by our vacuum cooler will enter the vacuum chamber after cooling down, so that the cooled vegetables will not be returned to room temperature.
In addition, we added a muffler, the noise is very loud when opening the door, and the noise is minimized through the muffler.
