• Can I have a sample order for LED lights?
  Yes! We welcome sample orders to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.


• What about the lead time?
  Sample needs 3-5 days; mass products need two weeks.


• Do you have any MOQ limit for led light orders?
  Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.


• How do you ship the goods, and how long does it take to arrive?
  We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping is also optional.


• How to proceed with an order for led light?
  Firstly, let us know your requirements or application.
  Secondly, We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
  Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places a deposit of 30% for the formal order.
  At last, we arrange the production. Normally two weeks production date for standard products.


• Is it OK to print my logo on the led light product?
  Yes! Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design based on our sample.If need color box design,the order quantity need up to 500pcs(track light) 1000pcs for downlight.


• Do you offer a guarantee for the products?
  Yes! We offer a 3-5 years warranty on our products.


• How to deal with the faulty?
  Firstly, Our products are produced in a strict quality control system, and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
  Secondly, we will send new lights with new orders in small quantities during the guarantee period.
  For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you, or we can discuss the solution, including re-call according to the actual situation.
