Hot Air Gun Features and Functions:
1.The heat gun is mainly a tool for welding and picking up components by using hot air blown from the gun core of the heating resistor wire.
2.According to the working principle of the heat gun, the main part of the heat gun control circuit should include a temperature signal amplifying circuit, a comparison circuit, a thyristor control circuit, a sensor, a wind control circuit, and the like.
3.In order to improve the overall performance of the circuit, some auxiliary circuits, such as temperature display circuit, shutdown delay circuit and zero-crossing detection circuit, should also be set.
4.Set the temperature display circuit for easy temperature adjustment.
5.The temperature displayed by the temperature display circuit is the actual temperature of the circuit. The worker can manually adjust it according to the temperature displayed on the display during operation.
