1. What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?

1) The box style(which you can choose from the normal box style according to the box shape picture)

2) The size of the production (Length*Width*Height)

3) The material and surface treatment.

4) The printing colors

5) If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or design for checking. A sample will be best for clarifying, If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.

2. Can you do the design for us?

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in packing box design and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect boxes. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files.  Send us high resolution images, your Logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. How can I get a sample to check your quality?

After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.

If you just need a blank sample to check the design and paper quality, we will provide you sample for free, as long as you afford the express freight.

4. How do you ship the finished product?

1) By sea

2) By plane

3) By DHL,FEDEX,UPS,etc.

5. How long can I get a sample and how long is the mass production lead time?

Sample time: 3-5days, production lead time is usually about 12-15 working days

6. What is your minimum order quantity?

As a general rule our MOQ is 500pcs. Although on occasions we have produced orders for less than 500. However, for one of the small orders costs are likely to be very high when considering repro, printing, tooling and set-up costs.

7. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

We are a manufacturer in the printing & packaging area for more than 10 years. Right now we have more than 300 workers in our factory in Shenzhen. Our products comply with ISO9001:2010.

Step 5: Confirming the number of products you want. Our normal MOQ is 500pcs, if it is your new product, the minimum order quantity can be negotiated. Once we get your feedback, we will calculate the quotation for you as soon as possible.

Step 6: Confirming all the details, finish the payment.
