Q: What is your payment term? 
A: L/C, or T/T 30% down payment, balance to be paid against BL copy and loading pictures.

Q: What is your delivery time? 
A: Within 35-35days after receving the down payment.

Q: What is your main market?
A: Europe, North America, South America, Oceania, Southeast Asia, Africa, Eastern Asia and so on.

Q: If products have some quality problem, how would you deal with?
A: We have one year or 1200 working hour warranty for EVERUN wheel loadr, and gurantee you can receive the spare parts within 5 working days. In order to make good service for our European customers, we have set up a warehouse for spare parts in Germany, which could guarantee European customer a better after-service.
