1.Tunnel kiln details
The tunnel kiln mainly includes four systems: kiln body, kiln conveying equipment, fuel burning system, and ventilation equipment.
a.Kiln body: The main part of the tunnel kiln system, with various airflow inlets and outlets on the kiln body.

3.Tunnel kiln features
A.Continuous production, short cycle, large output and high quality.
B.The heat utilization is high, fuel economy, because the heat is maintained and the use of waste heat is very good, so the fuel is very economical, compared to the downdraft kiln can save fuel about 50-60%.
C. The firing time is shortened. It takes 3-5 days for the ordinary kiln to be installed from the kiln to the empty space, while the tunnel kiln can be completed in about 20 hours.
D. kiln and kiln furniture are durable. Because the kiln is not affected by the rapid cooling and rapid heat, the kiln has a long service life and is usually repaired once in 5-7 years.
4.Products
High Alumina Brick
High alumina bricks contain over 45% Alumina. The firing temperature is 1450--1550℃. High Alumina bricks have excellent mechanical strength, good resistance to thermal spalling, and are highly resistant to chemical attack by vilatile alkaies and slag.
Mullite Brick
The light weight mullite insulation brick is a kind of insulation material adopting organic matter as ignition loss substance in order to increase the porosity of refractory, which has such advantages as high porosity, small volume density, good insulation effect, high mechanical intensity, small thermal conductivity and long service life.
