Product Description

Product Overview

RTD is the most widely used temperature sensor, it already apply to Chemical, Metallurgy, Power, Mechanical, Construction material industry, etc. Feature as below:

Advantage:
①High accuracy.RTD measure accuracy is the highest in all thermometer ,it can up to 1mk.
②Strong signal output, high sensitivity. PT100 measure at 0℃,when temperature change 1℃,resistance change 0.4Ω,if though current is 1mA,then the output voltage change 400μV. At the same condition, even the high sensitivity K type thermocouple, the electromotive force change only 40μV. From this, we can see the sensitivity of thermal resistance is higher very much than thermocouple.
③Good stability. At suitable working environment with small vibration, it can keep 0.1℃ accuracy at a very long working life.
④No need for reference junction, no need for compensating lead wire, temperature can get from resistance value directly.
Disadvantage:
①Do not suit for measurement at narrow spot and the site where temperature change rapidly.

②Element structure complex, difficult to manufacture.
③Vibration resistance is not good because resistance element is made by thin metal wire.
