Design

3 D drawings for product design will be sent to customer for confirmation, and artwork designer also will show the printing drawings to confirm the panel & logo design.

Produce

Durable Stitching is applied to all our products both inside and outside. And we add double stitching to quadruple stitching or use extra patches on all the stress places, such as the corner, the joint and the forced parts.

Finish

When the goods finished, we will test it and  send the goods via picture and vedio to customers to confirm.

We used commercial grade fabric reinforced 0.55mm to 0.6mm PVC Tarpaulin, ideally suited for water slide. Our material is the finest commercial grade fabric re-inforced PVC available, Lead free and eco-friendly. All of our goods are used high strength and durable, waterproof and fire proof.

PVDF Slide

The slide is sticked by the HOOk&LOOP and painted with PVCF. PVDF is peculiar in its minumum friction coefficient, which makes players comfortable, and having fun while sliding down smoothly on the inflatable slide.

EVA STEP

The ladder part is adder on colorful EVA step EVA material is much more sofer than pvc, to protect the players' foot. And climb step are stitch to ladder to make surquality. Both side handle can let people climb easy.

Handle

We will make two styles of the handle beside the EVA step. It can help players easy to climb up .Attention for adult and kids, we make the higher one for adult, the smaller one for kids.It promotes the safty for the slide.

Water Pipe Clip

In order to use the water pipe for convience, we will make the water pipe clip above on the slide.It not only can use the water to promote the slide , but also  to  lower the temperature.

Anchor Strips

Triangle anchor strips and D rings are equipped every 1.5 meters distance at the bottom of our products. It is also equipped our products for firmly fixed and against wind.

We use the PVC bags package the products, and use the carton package the air pump.

Packing Step:
1.Make it clean, disinfect and clean it regularly .
2.Must check products before using, when findling the damage you must mend it in time .
3.When carrying it , you should avoid dragging and fraying it on concrete or other rough surface which will result in leaking .
4.After use, please remove sundries. Make sure products is dry .
