1.Self-Introduction

(1) Weld cleaning machine is also known as weld polishing machine, welding processor machine. It can efficiently process the tungsten points of the black weld bead produced when the argon arc welder welds stainless steel products. 

(2) Use the machine gun to lightly dip the liquid, then align with the welding line, wipe it. The black weld bead instantly disappear. The machine adopts imported electronic components, relays and high-speed rectifying tubes, automatic short circuit protection, flexible, convenient and safe operation, and is a good helper for stainless steel products and engineering companies.

2. Instructions

(1) Plug the power into the AC220V, connect the welding gun to the corresponding terminal, plug in the control line, and turn on the power switch, when the power indicator (i.e. red light) is on. Put the cloth on the handle nozzle and dip it into the treatment liquid, press the micro switch easily and wipe the black welding line. The black will immediately disappear. After the treatment, you can use the wet cloth with clean water to wipe for better results.

(2) In case of short circuit of the processing gun and workpiece when on working. The protecting device (RESEI) will automatically disconnect and stop working, Just press the RESEI to continue working.
