Q:Whether HuaYe is manufacturer?
A:Yes, we are. HuaYe have ten production lines, Our machine width detail :
   width 160cm x 1 line
   width 180cm x 1 line
   width 220cm x 1 line
   width 240cm x 4 lines
   width 260cm x 1 line
   width 285cm x 1 line
   width 320cm x 1 line
The output we did in 2018 is 2200 ton. New SSMMS line will open on 2020 year. We will increase the output quantity to 3500 ton next the year after.

Q:What kind of fabric does Huaye producing?
A:S PP Spunbond

Q:What is the MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
A:For white, light blue and Black color, you can order whatever the quantity you want.
   For others color, The MOQ is three tons each color.

Q:What is the date of loading by ship ?
A:The loading date from our factory is 7 to 15 days after receive deposit or LC document.

Q:How about  Payment  term ?
A:As the Company policy, you need pay 30%TT as deposit. The rest balance based on BL copy. Or we can do LC at sigh.
  
Q:What is the package do you use?
A:All our products is rolled by paper tube. The size of paper tube is 3” and 2”. Length per roll can be from 200m to 20000m. Then, we use PVC film and warping film to cover on it. We also can packing rolls by pallet, which is according to buyer's request. 
 
Q:Which sea port you use?
A:We are in ZIBO city, the port we are using is QINGDAO port. QINGDAO port is 260 kms from our factory. and it cost 2 hours from Beijing to our factory by train.

Q:Can you send us samples?
A:Yes, sample can be arrange by free, and freight in collect. You just need give us your courier number Or you can have order to express company yourself for ask them pick up sample from us.
