Some  ophthalmic medical instrument need  import license(such as auto refractometer\\trail lens set\\phoropter\\slit lamp\\a scan etc.) , lens meter/lens edger sunglasses display stand are not need import license.For example Brazil and Mexico  customer  need CPF for import auto refractometer.( Because the Argentine customs restrictions, temporarily does not support sold to Argentina.)

11.who pay the custom duty ?
