1.Customers send us drawing,then drawing check and quote by engineer.
2.Terminal and quotation confirm by customers
3.Meterial purchasing, material certificate available if need.
4.Production,parts will be measure randomly in every two hours.
5.Updates production for customer if need.
6.Parts dimension full measure after machining finished before surface treatment
7.Parts will 100% inspect before packaging, we can assembly parts/components if need
8.Pictures of parts and QC report will be provided after parts complete finished.
9.Package, we also can pack as your requirement.
10.Shipment(DHL,UPS ,Fedex,TNT or by sea, we also can ship as your requirement.
11.Tracking number will provide after parts ship out.

3. Can we get some samples to check quality first ?
------Definitely! We can send you some samples to check quality and our ability . We also can make prototype samples as your drawings .

4.How to order ?
------Firstly, Customers could send us your drawing or sample, such as 2D and 3D drawing(DWG,STEP,X-T,IGS,PRT format)
-------Secondly, Our engineers will check the drawing carefully and then provide you a better price. The price including mould cost and product price.
-------Thirdly, If you accept, you can go ahead to visit our factory. You will see our casting equipment, production line and inspection line .
-------Fourthly, Go ahead the sample according to your drawing.
-------Fifthly, if all thing are acceptable by you, we will go ahead to order confirmation.

5. Your payment terms & tooling lead time?
--------Mould: 100% T/T advanced.
Tooling & sample lead time 30-50 days Tooling life is 50000-100000 shots .
--------Production: 30% before production, 70% before shipping or against the BL copy.
Production Lead time: 30-45 days
