2, Do you accept customization?

We are built to make custom beds. We have our oversea designers and our engineer, you just need to send us your idea or concept photos then we can provide you one stop solutions for your ideal beds. 

3. Does the bed easy to assemble ?

Yes, it is easy to assemble.

4. How to clean the beds ?

Surface wipes clean with damp cloth.

5. How many boxes of the beds? 

Come with two boxes. 

6. Headboard and footboard included ? 

Yes, everything is included, as long as the side board and slats that hold the mattess. What you only is the mattress. 

7. Does the mattress included ? 

Sorry , we are beds manufacturer, we suggest you buy the mattress from your local store. 

8. Does Spring Box needed ? 

No spring box is needed, just put your mattress on the slats and cover with your bed sheets, that's all. 

9. Can the provide samples ? 

Yes, we can , please contact our sales person and advice which model do you need. Sample fees and freight will be refuned while there is order placed and meet our MOQ. 

10. What is your MOQ ? 

Normally our MOQ could be 10 sets, but consider the fewer the quantities you buy, the more freight you need to pay, we suggest you order by containers or  30 to 50 sets, in which quantites you can at least ship via sea to save your money. 

11. What is your payment terms ? 

T/T or L/C. 

12. What is your delivery time ? 

For those we have inventories , we can do fast dlivery within 7 days. For customized products, it requires 30 - 45 days after we receive deposits.
