1. Do you offer OEM service ?
We accept OEM orders for all our items, including client's logos and labels. With continuous exploration and development, we are sure we can meet all your requirements. 2. Do you offer ODM service ?
Yes.In order to meet requirements of different customers, we usually reinvest 10% of our annual revenue into the development of new product.Supported by a team of 5-10 highly qualified engineers, we design and develop new models every season. About 5 to 6 new models are released every year, which always become increasingly popular after launch.

3. Can you supply with a small quantity order ?
Yes, we keep some inventory with different colors for cater your diverse needs.We can accept to mix the colors with a small quantity order.

4. What’s your Sample Policy ?
We offer charged samples according to the clients' needs. The samples will be shipped out within 24 hours after order confirmation. (if without any logo or custom functions)

5. How to guarantee clients’ interests?
We have 360 ºall-sided guarantee policy:
A. After you approved the sample, welcome you to visit our factory before placing the formal order and pay for the deposit. We are sure that you will be greatly impressed by what we have and what we can do.
B. Before the delivery, we support our clients to arrange the third party to inspect the quality of the goods.If mass production is not as the same as approved sample, we will take the fully responsibility.
C. If we do not ship on time, we will make up your loss.

6. Can you do custom packaging for my product?
Yes, Carton box can be printed with your logo and your local language.

7. What’s the shipment method?
A. For sample order, we use courier like DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, EMS. Fedex/UPS is our prefer. You can also arrange your forwarder to pick the goods from us or we ship the goods to your forwarder in China.We also ship goods via china post for Brazil and Russia customers.
B. For huge order, sea cargo is the best choice.

8. What is your payment method?
T/T,Paypal,Western Union and credit card.

9.What’s lead time of your products?
About 1-3 working days for general items. About 3-10 working days for customized items.
If you need a bulk order, please contact with our customer service.

10.Does your quotation include tax?
Pls note our clients need to  pay the tax. The price quoted does not include tax charges.

11.How about your after-sale service?
1 year warranty. We will try to solve all quality problems(except for man-made damage) within the warranty.

12.Can we return the product if there are some problems with products?
If there is the quality problem after receiving the goods—1.contact with our customer service—2.customer service will check the videos/pictures of item——3.confirm detailed information of return —4.return goods—5.goods received with good condition—6.refund
