How can we get sample to test quality before placing larger order?

I'm very glad to tell you that our samples can be provided freely and you just need to pay for the freight cost.

What is the normal lead time?

A. For stock products, we will send goods to you within 3~5 days after receiving your payment.

B. For mass production, lead time is about 30 days, and longer if surface handling is needed.

C.For new mould,15 days to open mould and make samples after receiving your mould charge.

What's the MOQ?

Yes. We have rich experience in developing models according to your sample or drawing.

Can you do printing on the bottles?

Yes.Various of printing methods are available , such as silk screen printing , hot stamping and silver printing . And we can also provide frosting , color spaying , decal , polishing , plating and label sticker etc .

What is your shipping terms?

A. For samples or trial order, EMS, FEDEX, DHL, TNT, UPS can be provided.

B. For larger order, we can arrange shipment by sea or air according to your requirements.

We will try to help you choose a best way depending different order conditions.

If any defective and any broken bottles,how can you settle it for us?

We will replace the defective and broken bottles in your next order or as you required date.

Yes. We have rich experience in developing models according to your sample or drawing. 

How do you control the quality?

We will make samples before bulk production, and after sample approved,we will begin to produce goods. Doing 100% inspection during production and random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.
