 1. Raw materials

 Silica sand, Soda ash, limestone, and cullet(crushed glass),others

 2. Batch House

 Weighing and mixing of raw materials, and transports to the hopper at the melting furnace

 3. Melting

 Melting of mixed raw materials about 1550°C in the melting furnace.

 4. Feeding

 Feeding of glass gob at optimum temperature suitable to bottle weight and shape is fed into a glass bottle-forming machine via the feeder.

 5. Forming

 Forming of bottle by the glass bottle-forming machine for designed bottle shape

 6. Annealing

 Annealing of bottles as they leave the glass bottle-forming machine

 7. Inspection

 After annealing in the lehr, a bottle is strictly checked on Automatic inspection machine and visually inspect each bottle to confirm quality by skilled technicians

 Bottles are packed according to their destination, and are stored in the warehouse or shipped.

Q1. What's the packing method for bottles?

       There are many packing method for bottles packing as follows:

        1) wrapped by film and then packed by wooden pallet

        2) Carton box

        3) Carton box + wooden pallet

        4) As customer design

 Q2. What's type of glass bottle do you offer?

        There are various of glass bottle and glass jar here available for your choice.

        Capacity range: 187ml-6000ml

        Types: bordeaux, champagne, burgundy, ice wine , olive oil bottle, beer bottle, liquor bottle, taper shape bottle and so on.

         We can also make the bottles as your design.

Q3.Can we get your free samples?

      Sure. Our free sample can be provided for our customers to test quality. But you need pay the freight. We usually send you samples via DHL.

Q4.What is the normal lead time?

       For stocked products, we will arrange the delivery in 3-5 days after received your payment.For custom products, we will arrange the delivery in 20-25 days after received your payment.

Q5.How do you control the bottles quality?

     We have the profesional QC dept make the 3 times tests before making bulk production.And we will also select and examin the quality of bottles one by one before packaging.

Q6.What we need to do if there is some damage to the cargo?

    1)Any quality problem about our bottles please contact us within 15days after you get the goods.

    2)Take photos firstly and send the photos to us for confirmation.When we confirm the problem, we will send you replacement in the next order.
