Shipping Way:
We have three ways for shipping
1. By Express: Such as DHL, UPS, FedEx etc.. Generally, about 5-10 working days to UK, USA, AU;
2. By Air: It is no included the clearance custom fee in yourside. But the time is normally 2-3days to arrive in your airport.
3. By sea: this way is suitable for heavy and large size goods. It is cheap but take long time on the sea. It cost always included to arrive in your sea port. You should clearance and pick up the goods by yourself or by your agent.

1. Are you a manufacture or trading company?
A: We are the original factory for producing the crystal and glass products over 11 years. Welcome to visit us when you come to China.
2. Can I have some samples from you before I buy?
A: The answer is yes. We can provide you free samples up to US$5 in value which have stock item. Any sample required beyond this value will be charged. Or need customized will be have sample fee. Also you are required to pay for the sample delivery cost by DHL, UPS, EMS, TNT, or FedEx.
3. What's your MOQ?
A: We are factory direct, there is no MOQ. But the order QTY will affect the price. We have different discount for the order QTY.
4. What is the production and lead time?
A: Generally, we can finish the order below 1000 PCS within 5-20 days. We will try best to match your order schedule.
5. Can you deliver the goods to my China Agent?
A: Yes. We can deliver the goods to any place in China. But the China inland cost will be charged in order.
6. Can you provide OEM/ODM service?
