Product details
Insulating glass is made of two or more pieces of glass; a dead space inside the glass is formed by the aluminum frame which is filled with efficient sieve absorbent, the edges are sealed with high strength sealant. Such structure is useful to keep the insulating layer dry and improves the sound proof and heat insulation property of the glass. Insulating glass is capable of reducing 100dB outdoor noise into 55dB inside the room. Its shielding rate achieves 45 percent. No condensation is generated inside the insulating layer under -65.Meanwhile, it not only have the same character with the common insulating glass, but also make the single construction more .
With the increased use of glass for the facades of the modern high raised buildings in the world,insulating glass widely used in villa doors and windows to assist effective thermal and acoustic control of the internal building environments, heat treated glass to ensure resistance to stresses imposed in service, and fully tempered glass to provide public safety.
