Factory Direct 25kg Cement Based EPS and XPS Foam Base Coating PB02 Thermal Insulation Mortar for EIFS

Product Description

PB02 Thermal Insulation Mortar is one-component, polymer-modified, cement based, dry powder material used as an adhesive and base coat for the Exterior Insulating Finishing System (EIFS).

It is easy to use by just adding water, improving on-site quality control.

Surface Preparation

The substrate must be firm, dry, clean and load bearing, frost-free as well as free of sinter layers, efflorescence and separating agents. Critical substrates must be tested for suitability.

If necessary, cleaning and/or priming of the substrate should be carried out.

Air and substrate temperature should not be less than + 5 °C, not more than + 35 °C

Mixing

l  PB02 Thermal Insulation Mortar powder : water = 4 : 1 parts by weight

l  It is mixed using a high speed drill.

l  Let the mixture stand for five minutes after initial mixing, then stir again to workability.

Shelf Life

Product PB02 Thermal Insulation Mortar can be stored up to 12 months in an elevated, cool dry place in original packaging.
