Can accurately test the plastic film surface tension reaches the pen value. Make users clearly understand whether the film is suitable for printing, composite or vacuum aluminum, etc., so as to effectively control the quality and reduce the loss due to material failure. It is not limited to plastic film, you can also test the surface tension of various materials.

Applicable materials:

l plastic film categories: PS, PE, PP, PET, PI, PC, NY, CPP, OPP, PVC,

l conductive material: aluminum foil, copper foil, carbon foil, deposited film.

l Other materials: glass, ceramic, plastic sheet, plastic pipe and so on.

Instructions:

a. Select a corona pen with a suitable dyne

b. Clean the film surface and flatten it on a horizontal table

c. Using a corona pen in the film surface gently stroke

d. If the liquid does not shrink within three seconds, the selected factor is reached, otherwise it is not reached.

Note: When using the rechargeable pen, please do not use too much force, otherwise it will make the flow too large to judge.

"1" is enough to reach the dynum value of this pen.

"2" is not enough.

"3" is close but not enough.

Caution:

l After use, be sure to close the cap.
