Production Description

The machine use the pump to pull the fowl manure, cow dung, etc. into dewater equipment , the material through the screen and then press by the screw , the rotary speed of the machine can reach 45r/min , within the press of the screen and high rotary speed , the material will be dewatered by the machine , and the water will enter into the pool through screen.

Working Principle Of Animal Manure Dewatering

Working principle: 
1.the pump upgrades the cow dung slurry into the cow dung dehydrator.
2.There is a screen under the extrusion screw, from which the liquid will be removed from the solid.
3.the solid will come out because of force of the extrusion. There is a pump under the cow dung dehydrator from which the final liquid will come out.

Raw Material: 

♦  Animal wastes, such as pig manure, cow dung, poultry dung, horse excrement and other kinds of animal manure;

♦  Bio-gas slurry, sludge gas and bio-gas fermentative residue;

♦  Manioc waste, tea slag, sweet potato waste, maize pulp, bagasse, medicine dregs, pulp fiber, paper pulp fiber, bean dregs, coffee grounds and so on.

Application Scope
