This machine is a testing machine for testing the toughness and adhesion properties of steel and aluminum wires. It is used for winding and torsion of aluminum wire, copper rod, steel wire and steel core aluminum stranded wire.

1.Work times can be set and stop automatically.
2.The counterweight is lifted by hand winch, which is easy to operate.
3.After the sample is twisted and broken, touch the micro switch to accurately record the number of turns. 

1.Aluminum wire: 3mm ~ 6mm, use core rod for test,if it is less than 3mm, suggest to wind it manual

Tip: switch pin  for winding and torsion should be pulled out during winding, otherwise the mandrel will be broken and put in during torsion, otherwise it cannot be twisted.
