    A: Founded in 2012 located in Shenzhen,about 150 employees.

3.  Q: How much capacity could you make every year?       

    A:USD 1 million/month,

USD 12 million /year.

IE.For Atomizer, the daily capacity is 20000PCS, the year volume is 1 million.

4.  Q:When do you set the branch office at United states and Europe?

   A: August, 2018, to provide service for United states client.

 Feb.2019 to provide service for Europe client.

5.  Q: How about the market percentage?

   A:Up to now, The sales volume in United States is 6.3 Million, it covers 50% of the company sales.

6.  Q: Can you make OEM or ODM service?

A: Sure, we can offer OEM and ODM service, start from design to finished product.

7.  Q: How long do you need for sample development with client requirement?

    A: for new sample with mould in house, it can finish within 1 -3 days.

For bulk production, the lead time is 5-15days

8.  Q:Can you make customized product with client’s logo? 

    A:Yes. We can make customized product and client’s logo.

9.  Q: Do you have any quality control system?

    A: Yes, we have QC department will check the quality start from raw material to shipment. The QC team has 7 people and  keep a strict quality management with every process, if any deviation from the client requirement , QC people with record the problem and ask rework if necessary. We also have a test room equipped with advanced test machines.

10.  Q:How about the quality guarantee?

     A: For atomizer,Warranty time is 3 months, For battery , warranty time is 6 months.(disposable is not included).

11.  Q:What kind of color can you make?                

     A:We have plating, and painting, can make color according to client’s requirement.

12.  Q:How about the MOQ?

      A:If we have it in stock, no MOQ.Otherwise, the MOQ is different for each product. Welcome to check with us.

13.  Q:Can you provide free sample?

      A:Yes, we can provide several samples for free, and client should provide express account or pay the freight themselves.     

14.  Q:How long do you need for quotation?

     A:Exact quotation will be available within 2hours once we get sufficient information from customer.

15.  Q:Can you make ECO-friendly product?

     A:Sure.

16.  Q:What about the payment?

      A:We accept T/T.Paypal,West union. 50% at order, 50% before delivery.

      A:We offer industry box, if customer need gift box, we can arrange design accordingly.

     A:We work with DHL.TNT.FEDEX,UPS,EMS,HKEMS, we can recommend the forwarder for client.

      A:Plan to attend the fair at Shenzhen and United States, will offer invitation once booth number confirmed.
