Product Display
For routine cleaning of XY-1405 in stainless steel, spray a commercial cleaner specifically formulated for stainless steel onto a clean microfiber cloth and wipe the surface.
Fingerprints, smudges and more persistent dirt can be removed by using the cleaner, with a soft brush, as instructed on the label.
After cleaning, the surface should be rinsed with water to prevent streaking and dried with a clean microfiber towel.
XY-1405 is intended to be an attractive and durable cladding material and should not be used as a structural element nor should it be used to provide reinforcing or bracing for structural members.
We recommend either a minimum 1/8" (3 mm) reveal or a trim detail between sheets.
Exposed edges of woven metal should be protected by trim or other material.

Secondary Finishes
SHUOLONG has researched a number of secondary finish processes (including plated, powder coated, anodized, antique) that work well with woven wire meshes.
Since different materials react to varying local environments, such as bare steel rusting in wet conditions, appropriate finishes for interior and exterior applications should be considered.
Many secondary finishes can be applied to help achieve the desired color, reflectivity, or corrosion resistance characteristics required.
